📱 12-Month Warranty – Second-Hand Devices

All second-hand mobile phones purchased from MobilesTech come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturer defects and internal hardware faults not caused by user damage.

✅ What's Covered:

  • Internal hardware faults (e.g. battery, motherboard, internal components)

  • Software malfunctions

  • Unresponsive or faulty buttons

  • Free repair or replacement within 12 months (if fault is covered)

❌ What's Not Covered:

  • Physical damage due to drops or impacts

  • Liquid damage or water exposure

  • Cosmetic damage that doesn’t affect functionality (e.g. scratches)

  • Issues caused by unauthorised repairs or third-party modifications


⚠️ Warranty Void Conditions

Your 12-month warranty will be void if the device:

  1. Suffers Physical or Accidental Damage

    • Cracked screen or back glass

    • Impact or pressure damage

    • Water or liquid damage (unless IP-rated and used accordingly)

  2. Is Subjected to Unauthorised Repairs

    • Repairs by unauthorised technicians

    • Installation of non-original parts

    • Rooting, jailbreaking, or unofficial OS/software

  3. Is Misused or Poorly Maintained

    • Use in extreme environmental conditions

    • Use of incompatible chargers, cables, or batteries

    • Lack of basic maintenance or care

  4. Is Used for Excessive or Commercial Purposes

    • Devices used in high-volume business or testing environments

Note: If your warranty is void, you may still be eligible for paid repair services after inspection.


📦 Return & Refund Policy – Brand-New Devices

We value your satisfaction and ensure all brand-new (factory-sealed) devices meet the highest standards. Our return and refund policy for new items is as follows:

✅ 1. Unopened Devices (Factory-Sealed)

  • Eligible for 100% full refund within 30 days of delivery

  • Must be unused and returned with all original packaging and accessories

⚠️ 2. Opened or Unsealed Devices

  • If opened or activated, only up to 50% refund may be issued

  • Deduction reflects loss in resale value

📦 3. Damaged or Missing Packaging

  • Partial refund issued based on packaging damage

  • Device must remain unused with accessories intact

❌ 4. Used Devices (Non-Fault Returns)

  • Devices showing signs of use (e.g. fingerprints, personal data, screen time) will not be eligible for a full refund

  • Refunds will be assessed individually with deductions


🔄 Return Conditions (For Brand-New Devices)

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days

  • All returns must be pre-approved by our support team

  • Returns sent without authorisation may be rejected or incur additional deductions
