5. Warranty – Second-Hand Devices

All second-hand devices come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturer faults and internal hardware issues not caused by user damage.
Warranty is void if the device shows signs of:

  • Water or liquid exposure

  • Unauthorised repairs or software modifications

  • Improper use or commercial overuse

6. Returns & Refunds – Brand-New Devices

  • Unopened devices can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.

  • Opened or activated devices may be eligible for up to 50% refund.

7. Returns & Repairs – Second-Hand Devices
